
Regular Yoga Classes. Group and individual ones.
Good Morning! Invite you to attend regular yoga classes which we have every Tuesday at 7.00 pm. Warsow time. Classes lasts 90 minutes. They are guided in two languages, polish and english. We meet on zoom platform. They include asanas (body poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and dyana (meditation). Classes are my authorial combination of kundalini yoga, yin yoga and pavamuktasana series. We also do an energy “work” rooted in feeling sense and visualization (if it’s possible for the participant). You can also shedule private classes for yourself or for a specific group of people.
