The formula of the classes that I propose is my original method, which has been constantly evolving over the last 13 years, since I have started teaching yoga. The idea of classes is to follow your own rhythm and pace. Awakening of the vital, living energy – prana. Experiencing yourself, your body, mind, soul. Building healthy habits that improve quality of life. Create a conscious relationship with your body and surroundings. Letting go of traumas, stress, tensions at the level of the body, mind and biofield. Open up spaces within the body and in life itslef for more lightness, joy and awareness.

Invite you to join our regular yoga classes, every Tuesday at 7.30-9.00 p.m. CET. We meet on clickmeeting platform. Classes are held in polish and english. Price for each single session is 15 Euro *. A bundle of 4 classes per month, is 50 Euro *.

soon it will be 6 months since I started my breathing and yogic exercises under your supervision.
At the time of starting the exercises, the starting situation was as follows:
- tiredness
- coughing every few hours throughout the day and night
- skepticism as to the purposefulness of the classes was supported by my inborn dislike for this type of activity
- meditations - I did not believe in these spells
During these 6 months, except for the first few weeks, I was doing exercises every day for 20-40 minutes.
Conclusions:
- the cough has decreased and actually occurs only during the morning 20 minutes of exercise
- better well-being replaced fatigue
- the exercises did not turn out to be as boring as I thought and their advantage was that they were flexibly adapted to our possibilities.
- we do exercises on-line - this is a great solution - it saves time
- I shared my reflections with my pulmonologist who spoke positively about the exercises. When asked: why do doctors not refer patients to this type of rehabilitation? I answered that the NZF has long deadlines and privately it is expensive
- it is not a periodic therapy, e.g. over a month. But long-term, "chronic", like some ailments
- the therapy is not a life-saving medicine, but it improves the quality of life
- I will continue to practice
These are my selfless, hopefully objective reflections, and not the result of an "emotional placebo" if there is such a thing.
