Purpose of meditation
The silence we carry inside requires us to leave our order. When we have peace in the evening, there is no way that the dirty dishes from the current day will be left for tomorrow.
By healing your body, you are healing the space you are in.
There is an ancient practice of Sat Nam Rasayan which, in short, is just how the inner state of the meditator relaxes and heals everything around him. Healing takes place at the level of the biofield and then at the level of the body, matter.
Very often, people who came to me for yoga later asked for help in rearranging the house or apartment.
The argument was always the same, “I stopped feeling good in my apartment because so much has changed in me.” Change, which is at the level of the body, often translates into our immediate surroundings.
By relaxing your body, you affect the space that surrounds you. I invite you to meditations that bring insight and the necessary transformation through the body, breath and visualization. Every lasting change starts from within. I invite all those who feel a desire to change and feel a deeper relationship with themselves and their surroundings.
